1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WillFarm ("the Platform", "the App") at app.willfarm.net or any related domain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

WillFarm is an advisory decision-support tool that provides:

• Agronomic recommendations based on NASA POWER, FAO, ISRIC SoilGrids, Open-Meteo, and EPPO data
• AI-assisted agronomic guidance via the WillFarm AI assistant
• Crop scheduling, spray windows, irrigation estimates, and nutrient recommendations

All outputs are informational and advisory in nature only. They do not constitute professional, legal, or regulated agronomic advice.

3. Advisory Tool — No Professional Advice

WillFarm is not a licensed agronomic consultancy. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional agronomic, legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You must not rely solely on WillFarm outputs for decisions involving:

• Pesticide or herbicide application (always verify against current approvals)
• Fertiliser rates (consult a BASIS-registered or nationally qualified adviser)
• Regulatory compliance (country-specific plant protection regulations apply)
• Food safety decisions

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WillFarm, its operators, contributors, and data partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Reliance on any recommendation, estimate, or output from the Platform
• Inaccuracies in satellite, weather, or soil data from third-party providers
• Crop loss, financial loss, or regulatory penalties

5. Data Accuracy & Provider Limitations

WillFarm uses publicly available scientific datasets. Data accuracy is subject to each provider's own resolution and coverage limitations. Satellite soil data operates at approximately 250m × 250m resolution and may not reflect micro-variations within your field. NASA POWER weather data is modelled and may differ from actual on-site conditions.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all decisions made based on WillFarm outputs
• You must comply with all local, national, and EU regulations governing agricultural practices
• You must not use WillFarm to plan any activity that violates applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

WillFarm and its underlying software, algorithms, and design are proprietary. Data providers (NASA, FAO, ISRIC, Open-Meteo, EPPO) are independent organisations and retain their own intellectual property rights.

8. Beta Service

WillFarm is currently in beta. The service may be subject to downtime, data loss, or changes without notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability during the beta period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WillFarm is operated. Disputes will be resolved under applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
